About us

Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited acquired this sugar plant in September 2012, and this plant has its own history of 27 years prior to the acquisition.

However, after the takeover by Dalmia Bharat Group, the plant achieved the then all-time, all-India high sugar recovery of 13.69% in the crushing season of 2012-2013.

In 2013, the very next year of acquisition, this plant’s crushing capacity was expanded from 2500 TCD to 4800 TCD, and a new co-generation plant of 14.5 MW was commissioned.

The current cane crushing capacity is 9000 TCD. The co-generation capacity is 26 MW. The distillery capacity is 75KLPD.

The plant has implemented new working techniques like TPM, TQM, OHSAS, ISO and has an annual energy auditing.

Combining the efforts of both manpower and machinery, the plant has now become extremely efficient and highly productive.
